In the BIOS Go to POWER menu, then select FAN SPEED CONTROL. PUT CPU FAN PROFILE on TURBO.
After that tell me temperatures for NO OC and OC.
If this doesn't help try to remove heatsink, clean up surface of CPU and Heatsink with Aceton. aplly very tiny layer of thermal paste all over surface of CPU &Heatsink. Fix it back. After tell me temperatures again OC & NO OC

No problems.
But there is 1 condition: you may loose warranty from shop that you purchased. If you had have purchased it initially from me it should be no problem, sine I have a secial agreement with my supplyer that anything I return them back they should accept.
And also. what ever I tell you have to replace: e.g. CPU FAN, Casing, whatever is bad... If all this is OK for you, I'll do it for free.
but again i can't give you any warranty. what ever happens in the future, even after 1 day- is not under my Responcibility.
